Terms and Conditions Ordering We want your day to be perfect, and will work with you to design the exact piece you are after. If this exact piece is already on the site, simply purchase it via the available channels, and we will create it for you as is. For all other orders, please get in touch using the contact form on this site. Be as specific as possible, and we will put together a quote for you. We require a 25% non-refundable deposit on all orders before work begins, and payment in full with all funds cleared before your order can be sent. We will try and complete your order as quickly as possible, but as each item is individually handcrafted, from the lampwork glass beads through to the final piece, please allow enough time for a consultation process to take place. This will normally involve email exchanges, and may include photos and/or sketches at various stages of completion. Once you give the go ahead on your design, we will do our utmost to complete your piece within 28 days. If you need your order more urgently, please contact us, and we will do our best to accommodate you.
The prices given on this site are guideline prices, referring to the pieces shown here. Changing the colour of a piece will not normally incur additional charges, although some silver-rich glass for lampwork beads may add to the cost of the piece. Changes in design may result in the price going up, or indeed down, if you want a simpler piece. If you have a budget in mind, contact us, and we will work with you. Payment Via credit or debit card: Please use the Paypal system on this site. For custom orders, we are happy to send you a Paypal invoice. Via cheque or postal order: Whilst we prefer payment via Paypal, we do accept payment by cheque or postal order. Please contact us for a postal address, and do allow additional time for the funds to clear. Payment must be received in full before any item is dispatched. Delivery Items up to £50 in total value will be sent First Class Recorded. Items above £50 in value will be sent Special Delivery - this is included in the price. Both these methods of posting require a signature upon arrival. If this is not possible at your home address, please be aware that you may have to pick it up from your nearest sorting office, or provide us with an alternative delivery address. The delivery cost is included in the cost of the item. International orders: A small additional charge for international postage may occur, you will be advised of this upon ordering. Returns Offering a bespoke custom service means that each item is created especially for you. You will receive detailed photos before your piece is sent on to you, because we want you to be happy with your item! If you are not, please contact me within 24 hours of receipt of your order. If an item is returned to us in its original condition within 7 days of receiving it, we will refund the cost of the piece, minus your deposit and postage and packaging. Items returned to us must be sent the same way they were sent to you (Recorded or Special Delivery depending on value, respectively). The cost for return postage will be carried by you. Please note that we are unable to exchange earrings for hygiene reasons, and we are unable to accept returns made after your wedding day. Variation to and Termination of Content Now Forevermore has the right to change or remove the content of this website at any time and without prior notice. This includes pricing and postage.
